Cheese Burst Roasted Chicken with Mashed Potato #Veggie Salad#
I am crazy about trying continental foods in my kitchen. When I googled found this combo of mashed potato and Chicken recipe seems interesting and I thought of making it in my style. With no further delay let's get into the recipe. I will share my experience in the pictorial form so that you can understand better.
Roasted chicken
Mashed potato
Veggie salad
Roasted chicken (30-40mins)
Take one medium chicken breast piece clean and soak it in salt-sugar water for about 5mins. This makes your chicken softer.
Remove the chicken from the water now
Add a cube of butter,
Turmeric Powder a 1/2 TSP
Chili powder 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs 1tsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Salt as per taste
Now the Roasted chicken is ready with melted cheese.
Mashed potato - (15mins)
Potato no.2
Butter 2cubes
Salt
Oregano
Milk 1/2cup
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces
Boil the sliced potato for 10mins at medium flame.
Tip: Insert a fork into the potato to check whether the potato cooked.
Once the potatoes are cooked remove the water and put it in the strainer and mash them.
Heat the pan and put the Mashed potato kindle it about a minute add butter and milk.
Serve it with butter on top.
Veggie salad- (5min)
Red Cabbage 1/2 Cup
Cucumber 1/2 Cup
Pepper 1/2 TSP
Salt a pinch
Mayonnaise as needed
Mix them all together and ready to eat .
Plating:
The combo of chicken with mashed potato and salad is amazing. This is a diet food with good fat for a healthy breakfast. If you are a spicy lover u can add some spice to the chicken for taste.
