Chicken Toasted 🍗Salad Recipe
Required Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken
Carrot
Red Cabbage
Green Capsicum
Lettuces or go with usual cabbage
Salad Dressing:
Mayonnaise
Smashed Garlic (3)
Tomato Ketchup
Pepper Powder
Rice bran Oil or Cooking oil 1teaspoon
Mix all together and salad dressing is ready.
Marination For Toasted Chicken: 5mins
This is very simple marination techniques, no need to worry about the process.
Pinch of salt.
Ghee — 1 teaspoon
Mixed Herbs — as required
Black pepper- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
Mix all the rest for 2 minutes. Heat non-stick pan at medium flame.
Put in a cube of butter and let it melt.
Once the butter heated up, put all the chicken at a time.
Cook one side for 3mins, similarly for the other side.
Turn off and remove the chicken from the pan.
And your toasted chicken is ready.
Salad Preparation
Combine all the veggies in the bowl put salt for taste.
Mix well and add the Salad dressing.
Finally add the toasted Chicken.
And you instant Salad is ready.
