Having a bowl full of salad every morning will keep you healthy and fit. At this crisis period, eating fresh vegetables and fruits a mandatory one for every human being. Each fresh green, sprouts, nuts, veggies and fruit has different levels of vitamin, proteins and minerals. Ingredients


Lettuce 1 cup

Carrot 1 cup

Red cabbage 1 cup

Cucumber 1 cup



Soaked Almond 4no


Mayonnaise 2tbsp

Salt a pinch
Pepper
Lime Juice

Benefits of lettuce

The Dark Lettuce contains vitamin A and K.

Lettuce is used for salad and can be eaten raw as well as cooked.

These leaves are used as a primary ingredient for the preparation of lettuce soup.

Carrots

Carrots are very rich in beta carotene which body parts convert into vitamin A.

It Improves Vision and is important for growth, development and immune functions.

Carrots are the best veggie snacks that everybody loves to have.

Red Cabbage

The red cabbage has 10x more vitamin than the green cabbage.

Good for teeth, bones and nails.

Recipe:

  • Mix mayonnaise with lime juice for dressing,
  • Put all the veggies in the bowl.
  • Blend with a fork
  • Add Mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
  • Finally, add soaked almonds.



If you want some additional proteins, you can also add boiled eggs.
